It's a government operation. Plus, what kind of orders can you give these robots via crappy cell phone reception? They'll be doing things like dry-cleaning the cat and walking the washing machine.

Having lived in Korea I can tell you that the cell phone reception in Korea versus the US is like the difference between a regular phone and a couple of cans on a string.

Be afraid.
