Yesterday I had an argument with Sarah, paypal's dumb bitch robot. I won't include the whole conversation as its pretty long (its on my blog if you are interested) but here is a section:

Sarah - PayPal :

Sarah - PayPal :
I'm a virtual person. My software allows me to help you with your PayPal questions. How can I help you?
You :
Your software does not allow you to help me, it allows you to make me more confused.
Sarah - PayPal :
I'm not sure I've understood. Could you please rephrase that?

Awww shucks. Still don't have a resolution from paypal. They put a hold on someone someone bought from me and told me they needed more information from me. They gave me no clue as to what kind of information. I explained that I didn't know what they wanted and still haven't heard anything. I have several 4,000word essays about the history of race relations in Australia or Hitler's rise to power left over from uni I am so tempted to send, they wanted information right?
