this is deeply disturbing...Robo-cup is robots playing soccer. being that this is the most popular sport in the world, each country has a team...of ROBOTS!!! this should raise alarm, they are having their championships as we speak in atlanta

Me and Swoopy almost went down there this weekend to keep an eye on them... the thing is only like a 30 min trip on our train down to the university where it is being held... :|

This is a photograph of a soccer field for robots, part of the RoboCup games taking place though July 10 at Georgia Tech. There are various size brackets for different robots to compete in, and this particular field is smaller than a grain of rice (each of the �defenders� are about the width of two hairs), designed to challenge robots smaller still, called nanobots

I wouldn't worry about it too much. My team and I came second in the regionals in 2006 and we did SHIT.
