Ok so I decided that I am in-fucking-sane if I don't go to Banksy's exhibition while I'm in London.
The plan I'm making now with TheEd (or just Ed if you know him really well), is to leave on Saturday at around 10 am. Takes about 3 hours to get from St Pancras station in London to the actual museum so we'd arrive around 1pm at the exhibition. After about 3 hours there I'd think we'd be done so we could leave around 4pm and we'd be back around 7, so we'll have plenty of time to get to the comedy thing. A return ticket costs about 55 pounds. But the fair for the museum is free. I'm pretty sure I got Ed hooked, who else is up for a Banksy-fanatic trip to bristol? EDIT: So the website of the museum says there's a que before getting in that's an average of an hour long. So we'll have aproximately 2 hours to spend in the museum. Still worth it though I say. EDIT:
Ok I think I sorted it out. Here's the dealio: We leave from the hostel at 9.30 either walking or taking the tube to Paddington station. We take the 10 o'clock train from Paddington to Bristol Temple Meads. We arrive there at 11.39, and walk 30 minutes to the museum, at which we'll arrive at 12.15 With a line of 1.5 hours we should get into the museum by 13.45. Leaving the museum at 16.15 gives us about 2.5 hours in the museum. This way we arrive at Temple Meads station in plenty of time for the 17.00 train. We arrive in London at 18.38 thus having enough time to go back to the hostel, freshen up and head over to the comedy store before 20.00. The train ticket will cost about 50 pounds, and again admission to museum is free. I think I'll definitely go, no matter if anybody joins or not. But I'd appreciate it if you do, who's in?!
