London Meetup Summer 2009: June 26-28th

Ok so let's say we book the 2x 4bed private rooms, then in worst case scenario we would have to pay one night for maddie (friday night) and one night for the emty bed on sunday night.

That would be 50 pounds devided between the 3 nighters so that's 5, so that would be 10 pounds extra a person, that's fine by me.

There's no real hurry I'm sure but let's get everybodies confirmation for this plan as soon as possible cause then we can book!

Or should we just book 2x 4bed privates because there's like a risk-free cancellation thing right?

3 nights about 80 pounds per person (included the empty room coverage):

Well apparently you're economic skills aren't what they used to be because I believe the 6 private room costs 25 pounds a night a person. So that would be 75 per person for the weekend and 80 if Maddie only stays the saturday and sunday night.

Those are at least the prices I get to see if I want to book a 6 private for 3 nights in june. I get why you got confused btw because there's the chart on their website that says 20 pounds a night but when you click on current prices and you specificly book for 26th june, 3 nights you get to see it's 25 pounds.

The 2 person private room is £35 per person a night as well for Fri and Sat

It probably doesn't effect the calculations but hey I'm bored.

I can't do math in the morning but it looks logical ...

I'm fine with almost anything as long as I don't need to switch rooms during the weekend.

Okay economists, sorry to mess with all your fancy calculations but I'm now officially down for both nights - Saturday and Sunday. My degree is biological so I'm no good with the numbers, but stick that in your brains and turn the wheels and see what comes out. 'k thanks!

Also @lanfear, Stonehenge sounds tempting. I'm not the tourist type but it would be cool to see some old rocks held up by other old rocks, so maybe I'll tag along if we don't disgust each other over the weekend first

EDIT: If the numbers of people are weird I'll share a private room with anyone who's up for it, or just get a bed in a dorm room.
