One could say the same about tampons. You pinch to break the seal and pull down. Then pour in toilet. I only have to change mine 2x a day. Every 12 hours. It takes some getting used to get a solid seal. I save so much money and never have to worry about having enough tampons with me.

Also, every internet provider has more customers than they can support at once. It's just the business. If they have 1,000 customers, they bank on only 600-700 customers being on at peak hours.
