How to use this forum

This forum is for discussions regarding the KATG mobile apps. Both Apple iOS and the upcoming Android app.

You can submit feature requests, bugs, and other KATG app related improvements.

When submitting a bug report, please specify as much of the following as you can

• What type of device are you using? iPhone 4/4s/5/5s iPad/2/3/Air Android manufacturer and model (Samsung S5, Motorolla Droid 2, etc.)
• What version OS are you using? Support Details | Tech Support Management will tell you the Operating System version.
• Are you having a problem of wifi, cellular or both.
• Screen shots.
• Steps to reproduce the problem.

Future versions of the app will include a bug reporting feature within the app itself.

When submitting information, please start a NEW thread. Do not reply to this post with feature or bug requests. Only reply to this post with suggestions on how this process could be improved.

New topics get new threads. I created a whole forum just for the app so we can splinter each topic into its own thread. If you're going off topic from the post you're replying to, please start a new thread for that topic.
