I tend to listen to your show while at work. It came up in the car today. So i remembered to comment. Your download numbers are not 0, don't worry about that. You do not need to eat a live bird. Just relax and do things you enjoy doing or seeing for the show.

Live Birds: Meant to Be Eaten Live on a Podcast

An essay, in brief, by a Canadian.

Live birds are dicks that make noise and peck open your garbage bags and scatter the damn garbage all over your deck. Apparently crows and ravens are the smartest animals, but they are also dicks who wake you up while you're camping by flying back and forth over your campsite cawwing about whatever bird nonsense. Live birds can eat it, or, more appropriately, get eaten live on a podcast.

In closing, I love the 10 minute mess. When I'm introducing people to the KATG world I show them your show first.
