This ep really hit home for me, and I'll definitely try the gratitude thing.

I had a rough year with my grandfather passing away and my parents divorcing. Despite being an adult these events affected me more than I thought they would and I was in a bad mood all the time and started eventually lashing out at my wife a little.

We started seeing a couples therapist where I learned that I actually do have feelings! I've just ignored them completely my whole life. Just being able to pinpoint conditions from my childhood that could cause the behaviour/patterns I exhibit today has been life changing.

That sounds rough. Sorry you’re going through that. Super proud of you for going to therapy and opening up to your feelings.

Thanks for trying this challenge. It really did change my day/life. I’d love to hear your thoughts after doing it for a week.
