They never said if she was stealing or not. Maybe she wasn't stealing at all, maybe she just forgot to pay for something. Or maybe the employee was mistaken if they thought she took something. Isn't the point of Keith's justice to know for sure. In American stores they tell u can never ask someone if they are stealing because they might just be holding something or maybe they forgot to pay for something like Chemda has. They tell us to notify loss prevention and lost prevention has to wait till they leave the store with the item to confront them. Besides you know who steals from stores the most; the employees.

A, Who cares if employees steal more? You don't steal.
B, You think she forgot to pay for something, put that thing in her purse, and forgot sooo much she refused to open her bag because she didn't see the point even when she was told the point? But hey, that's Wal-Mart. They love killing. And while it's dumb they didn't report if there was merchandise in her purse, I think it's safe to assume the article, which is obviously slanted against the employees, would have loved to say she didn't even steal anything if that was true. 2 I was told by the the security people at the store I work at "you'll be surprised how often people put things in their bags just to hold them till they get to a register" and 3 you might be right about the article but I need proof damn it. |

You don't need proof, you have Keith's point of view, that is all you need. People can't get distracted and put things in their purse to hold. People aren't allowed to refuse having their private goods searched if they, at the time don't see the point. She is required to immediately understand and fully comprehend the situation, she has no rights when confronte, she must turn over her purse as well as surrender to a full body cavity search. Remember, in Keith's world, no one is allowed mistakes, Keith's world is objective you are guilty, or innocent, and that can be determined, without a shadow of doubt at the moment when the crime has been committed. Move along citizen, there's nothing to see here.
