Mom turns site of sons deaths into local haunted house
On the note of haunted houses, I think I would personally be creeped out in this one I saw in the news.
A mother turned the house that her kids died in a fire into one where you pay to go through. It doesn't mention the charge in the video but it does in other stories. Something creepy about actually knowing children died in there. Also a pretty fucked up way to grieve in my opinion. |

Alison Mosshart (the ex singer from the Kills that's now in Dead Weather) is a hottie. I saw The Kills live and i was bored to death, but she kept my attention alive with her super-sexy purr and moves.
Someone may tell me if i'm right or wrong, but didnt Jack White write almost 90% of the music in White Stripes? Meg was basically somebody to bang on drums behind his riffs. Dead Weather are a full band with keyboards and everything. |

the raconteurs are fantastic, though. it gives a more full band feel, with every member being extremely talented in it, and the other vocalist is great. the dead weather is good, but i heard they've almost finished another album to be release by February, which i'm not sure how well a release within 6 months of a debut is gonna be, but the band isn't exactly new to this. the line up for the dead weather, by the way, is a supergroup line up: Alisson Mosshart (The kills) - Vocals Jack White (Raconteurs, White stripes, one of the greatest musicians of our time) - actually on drums in this band Dean Fertita (i think?) from the queens of the stone age - Guitar and keyboards Jack Lawrence (bassist from the raconteurs) Last edited by MusicJunkie41; 10-31-2009 at 05:08 PM. |

fun video, I dig the song.
As far as Lauren and the head injuries, she might need to look into some head protection. Isn't there some study right now going before congress about the NFL and head injuries? And those guys have full pads and helmets. Yikes. Take the rest of the season off already. |

I think when suing for punitive damages, the plaintiff lawyers basically pick a jury of monkeys with no concept of money, which is how you end up with juries awarding absolutely unreal amounts of money. They probably lucked out and got a bunch of rain men.
