Sometimes I think I'm not real and am some sort of lame exaggeration or approximation. Just for goofing off like I do. |

That pretty much defines humanity, I think. Don't we all rate somewhere on the cool spectrum between Urkel and Urquelle? Anyone outside of that range is super special, one way or another. Quote:
Still, even with that loss, my coolness will not hit the asymptote that is Urkel's infinitely negative cool factor. (Extra credit: can an asymptote be infinite?) (Double extra credit: does the extra credit question make sense?) (Triple extra credit: to everyone who's still reading.) |

From the vaults, episode 630 "The Greats," Joe DeRosa brings up Cringe Humor and how they both trashed Last Comic Standing and how its much easier to bash comics (on LCS or not) if you're a faceless nobody than if you are a comic and have to meet up with them at the clubs.
The more you know! |

On a side note, took Myq's advice and checked out Chris Fairbank's cd...
I love him. He's very free form and improv, twists the jokes around in a way similar to Myq (not much on the wordplay but mostly in how they both seem to be able to twist evry thought they have into a clever joke). He's not for everybody, but i loved him. He doesnt copy anyone for once! |

When we met and saw each other perform, he noted stylistic similarities between us as well (in ways that make us happy because we like each other, not in ways that make us mad). |

Doug Stanhope : Michael Ian Black :: Keith Malley : Dane Cook I've taken a lot of classes in words, math, and logic, and I feel like this would take me a while to figure out the relationship. (Unless it's something as simple as "this guy does comedy, so maybe you'll enjoy this other guy that does comedy" or "you enjoy straight white men doing comedy, so enjoy most of comedy.") |

Itunes sucks when it comes to reccomendations. CdBaby is much better.
I discovered Keith thanks to their (apparently more refined) reccomendation system. Keith was reccomended if you liked Dice, Stanhope and Giraldo. For Myq itunes reccomends Pat Dixon and SHane Mauss (well they... know each other?) and Danny Bevins, which i like a lot but couldnt be more different from the type of comedy Myq does. |

Shane and I both know each other from Boston and are friends. Danny Bevins and I both care about things. I don't see what the confusion is. PS For more fun like this, check out Comedy Central's comedian pages and look at the "similar comedians" they list for each one. There's three for everyone, and usually two I agree with and one that makes me think they're playing "two truths and a lie." |
