I've been like Matt before. I learned the hard way that the best for both Matt & Keith is for Keith to cut him off & not speak on show or forums. It'll take a few weeks but it'll heal. He's just an attention seeker but does not have the talent.
Also, Matt merely has a small platoon, Keith has a full and fierce army. KEITH... COMMAND YOUR SOLDIERS SIR!!! Last edited by Peet; 09-02-2010 at 05:57 PM. |

I think "Re: Joyce" is better than both.
"In re Joyce", "In reference to Joyce", "Regarding Joyce". Says that the content is "About Joyce", almost from a third person perspective, looking at Jesse. "Re:" suggest a reply or reaction, which is fitting for a second CD. And of course "Rejoice" fits the theme set in his first CD's title. |

I absolutely agree with Myq and Fairbanks! I saw Posehn live, and I knew I was going to hear 95% of material I've heard, so I'm on the fence. Really glad you liked it. also to add to the list is Joe DeRosa "The Depression Auction" Hannibal Buress "My Name Is Hannibal" Mike Destefano "OK Karma" Kyle Kinane "Death Of The Party" Matt Mccarthy's "Come Clean" and Paul F. Tompkins "You Should Have Told Me" Seems like a ton, yes, but 2009 had some absolutely amazing, hard-hitting albums: Maria Bamford, Patton Oswalt, Jim Jefferies, Jamie Lissow, Pat Dixon, Doug Stanhope, Marc Maron, etc. Granted, Louis CK "Hilarious" comes out this year, so that, Pro-Joyce and Nikki Glaser's album will even this out. |
