What he really said was a Taco Bell order. When huevos or pelotas do mean other words, makes sense. Maybe the dude said cono?
Dunno what else it could mean though. |

The only issue I have with that lady winning her case is that this could open the door to all sorts of ridiculous lawsuits. Especially with the recent media attention online bullying is receiving. I'm just waiting for some bored, overprotective parent to try to take a twelve year old to court because little Stanley can't stop crying about someone calling him a doo-doo head on facebook. And we're all extra fucked once Oprah gets word of this shit.

The Simpsons are NOT Catholic! Not at all.
Reverend Lovejoy — not Brother Lovejoy — is a protestant of some kind, not only because he is married with a family, but because his church services are completely devoid of Catholic rituals such as communion wafers, alter boys, etc. Bart actually says in Episode AABF03, Lisa Gets an 'A', "Why can't we go Catholic so we can get communion wafers and booze?" — a clear indication they are not currently Catholic. Ned and Reverend Lovejoy often take jabs at the Catholic church, as does the show in general. For example, Moe instructs the bar gang to choose a designated driver "the same way they pick the Pope" by drawing deviled eggs from a jar. Obvious blasphemy. I could go on and on. The Simpsons are not at all Catholic. Here's a list of remarks and references to religion, many of which could easily be construed as anti-Catholic, compiled by people much smarter than me: The Simpsons Archive: Religion on the Simpsons

Simpsons
There is an episode where at least Bart and Homer become Catholic. Don't remember how it ends, but I remember the scene where Homer goes to confession and gets absolved of his sins (which includes masturbating 10,000 times) and he switches to Catholic because he feels so much better.

The right to speak anonymously on the internet is a very important safeguard to freedom of speech. Inhibiting anonymity on the internet would seriously restrict the free promotion of ideas that is necessary to maintain a healthy political and social discourse. If we can find anyone who calls someone a whore on the internet, then we can find anyone who calls a priest a pedophile on the internet, then we can find anyone who calls a potential public office candidate a murderer (Kennedy style!) and silence them (through any means ranging from burdensome litigation to actual harm).
That said, the protections only extend to legal speech. You don't need to know who this person is to know if calling that gal a whore is legal. Defamation doesn't extend to opinions. That's why you can say "I think this cop is stupid" but can't say "this cop sucked a dick in the back of a barnes and noble." Calling someone a whore isn't a statement of fact, it's a statement of opinion, and so there can be no successful defamation suit anyway. I know Keith wants to live in a nicer world, but it isn't about nice. It's about right.
