It was SO awesome. And I agree with Lanfear. I cried during JFOD's part and I had to grab the arm of the guy sitting next to me and I didn't even know him.

I did too!! JFOD had me in tears within seconds of starting to fuck with the mic and stand. And it just kept going!

On the weekend overall, I can't believe I waited so many years to make it. To anyone scared to go by yourself like I was, don't be. You'll make friends in minutes. And probably be making out with them in only a few more! Course, it may help to bring some extra party supplies in your backpack

I really wanted to kick the shit out of whoever was responsible for the sound guys not being there. It happened both nights, and I'm not sure if the second time was because he was incompetent, or if the management took him away for some reason, but it was absolute bullshit. It's not like a waiter fucking off on a customer. It's potentially ruining the hard work and livelihood of anyone who performs there. Fuck the Times Square Arts Center.

That said, all the performers did a great job keeping up the momentum of the show while technical shit went haywire around them. And hooray for Chemda who can fix anything.
