I'm gonna have to disagree with Keith on the point about celebrating outside of the White House. Those kids on Pennsylvania Avenue weren't kids from bumb-fuck Idaho who were recruited out of high school or the unemployment line, promised a good life and income and travel and then sent to boot camp to become soldiers and put on the uniform to serve their country in The Suck.
They were privileged, self righteous douches who most likely rode into Georgetown on the back of Mummy and Daddy's cheque book and given the opportunity to receive the finest education money can buy. Those little shits have never bled for their country, they've probably never so much as donated to a fucking bake sale for their local girl guides or whateverthefuck and yet there they were at two in the morning bouncing a beach ball or two around and cheering as if they have endured 10 years of pain and hardship. I love you Keith but you're fucking wrong. I doubt very much that the US soldiers on the ground in Afghanistan or Iraq are "celebrating" UBL's demise in any way remotely similar to those entitled fucks who go beamed around the world. As with our Anzacs who - I should make clear - are backing your boys up with superb logistics and training and disarmament of IEDs that those fucking towel heads have planted along the roadsides, the grunts on the ground are getting on with the job, heads down, bumbs up just praying they make it through their tour so they can get the fuck home to whatever shitty existence awaits them there. Likewise, I'm thinking of the Ilepi family in New York - who lost both a father and son in the attacks on 9/11 - both of whom were New York fire fighters and first responders on that terrible day. They like many many other families will never get back what UBL and his fucktards took away from them that September day. Again - they were people driven by service to their communities and they would not be celebrating the death of Bin Laden in such a fashion as those fucks on the White House lawn. For them it would be a time of quiet introspection I imagine. No matter which way you guys cut it, the celebrating was crass. And it was celebrating by people who have no justification for celebrating. Fuck me, half those idiots woulda been still in grade school when the towers fell. It looked bad Keith. I'm glad UBL is gone but it doesn't change the fact that America still behaves like a punch drunk prize fighter who got king hit. |

Regarding the male versus female relationship…
Of course I can’t tell anyone how to feel. However, I wanted to provide a little perspective. Although Lauren is transgendered, and may possess many “male” attributes, the body that Chemda fell in love with was female (yes, I know that she also fell in love with Lauren’s male mind), and she has claimed both titles of being bisexual and/ or LESBIAN. I would assume that a male would question what he could offer a woman who loves other women, which would make it an easier to accept an ex’s relationship with a same sex (physically) partner. Just an opinion. I have lots of love and respect for Keith and Chemda and their partners. I just wanted to provide another side of things. |

Fuck you. Why do Americans need a justification for celebrating the death of an evil person? When does anyone ever need a justification for that? I was almost in grade school when the towers went down; I was in 6th grade. I don't see how that gives me any less of a right to be thrilled about the guy being dead. |
