Its not that simple. I get lost some times. But Keith, here is a tip for joining friends requests;
when the request pops up at the bottom of the screen, push the Xbox button on your controller (the big round one in the middle with the X on it).
This will take you to the quick menu straight away.
Then all you gotta do is click on ''Accept''. Done. You are now playing!!

Someone should set up a private KATG game on COD, then maybe I wont get shot every two seconds by some little shit fucking 10 year old who plays 14 hours a day. no wonder they are going into school with BB guns and shooting the classmates, they think they're still playing the game!!!!

I believe that this kid should be expelled from school. I believe in what Keith was saying that the parents are missing something about the kids behavior or maybe something that is going on in school with the kid. If the kid was getting bullied or teased or something in school and brings a BB gun and shoots the kids that picked on him... that just proves the point.

I almost never agree with Keith on these types of polls but YES, he should've been expelled. It would've been one thing if he just brought to school to show his friends or something, but he SHOT people with it. I think expulsion is totally appropriate.

Also, we had around 10 schools in my district. We got to pick which one we went to and they were required to bus us there, no matter how far away it was. I wanted to go to the artsy school so they had to pick me and like 5 other kids up from my neighborhood and bus us 45 minutes away. If I had gotten expelled, I assume I just would've gone to a different school in the same district.

Keith, you would have wanted to watch Locke and Key because it's based on a comic.

Ah, it never even aired, that's why no one's heard of it:

'Locke & Key' locked out of a prime-time spot on Fox

Quote:
"Locke" is based on a comic book written by Joe Hill about a family that moves to an enchanted/haunted New England mansion. The pilot filmed in the Pittsburgh area earlier this year, including location work at Hartwood Acres and interiors filmed at 31st Street Studios in the Strip.

Although the Fox network gambled a significant amount of money on the project -- the network agreed to pay the studio an undisclosed penalty if the network chose not to make "Locke" into a series -- "Locke" was always grappling for one of few open time periods on the network's schedule. With the renewal of "House," "Fringe," "Raising Hope" and other returning series and commitments to new shows "Terra Nova" and "The X Factor," there were never a lot of time slots for Fox to introduce new programming.

And Keith was exactly right; the main character's last name is Locke. I have to agree with him on the cutesy name pun shit being annoying.

FUCK NERDS!!!

Having worked in the video game industry, on the media side of things, everything Keith has been saying is pretty much dead on. From the N words on Xbox Live, to nerds assuming you should know things and acting like you're an idiot if you don't, to knowing every inch of a game (I used to be one of these people, now I'm not and I can't play online anymore either), totally accurate. As for playing online, can't help ya there, it would probably be best to get someone to show you in person. I find it incredibly easy to use, but I've been using Xbox Live for like 8-9 years, since it was in beta.

At a convention I once had a nerd hit me with his giant foam sword, just out of nowhere. So I shoved him and he stumbled into the wall, I'm ready to start swinging and he gets an attitude like I'm the asshole. Now I've got him, his buddy and their nerd girl friend (not girlfriend, as we know they're not sticking it in), yelling at me and threatening to get security.

Oh, and Gamestop, fuck them. Last time I was there, there was one guy working a register, a line of at least 10 people, and this asshole working there spent like 5 minutes talking to some other nerd about games that were coming out later after the transaction was complete. No one said anything, I guess they were too busy popping pimples and fantasizing about anime characters to notice, finally I spoke up and yet again I was the asshole in the situation.

i think the problem is still how we define nerds.

i get labeled from my coworkers as a nerd cause i can work on computers and play games. still i aint mean or anti-social.

from what i gathered the gamestop guys are just assholes (like most retail chain clerks), nerd or non-nerd. some of those guys dont even know what they're selling most of the time, thats why they are so short on info.

EDIT: to enforce the example, Feelz Good, as a videogame programmer, a lot of people who dont know any better would tag you as a nerd, even if being a game developer is basically a creative job, more than anything. But its games, so youre a nerd to most.
