They all have young children so there's always glitter around, in the artwork on their cube walls, in the cards they buy, etc. And they all make fun of me for my glitter hatred.

I agree with Keith on Bigotry and race. In my experience, Black people, especially African and Caribbean immigrants, are the most judgmental people I know. Many Black people are so eager to be accepted that they will turn on other Blacks who do not conform to mainstream America. There are many issues regarding skin color, social class, interracial relationships and ethnicity that subtley divide the Black race.

With so many "insecurities" among Black people, I think it becomes a relief to criticize the perceived faults in other groups. Demonizing another "outcast" draws away attention from one's own problems. After 9/11, it was ironic to see Black people condoning the witch-hunt on Arab-Americans, despite the obvious injustices ingrained within this country.

Ok I disagree with and Keith about the fact that us black people.Need to feel for the gays.As we should understand because of the straight white man trying to keep us down.I had someone in boot camp come up with this same idea.To me that doesn't make sense we r not the only ones that were oppressed by white man.There is also the gays,middle eastern,Jews and woman.Just to name a few.So for us this is not the same.U wasn't having gays whipped for 200 yrs.It just they can't get married and people say mean things to them.So I don't understand why white ppl say that we should understand.So now that we r free we should be humble to others who r oppressed by white man.No black ppl as a whole r very homophobic it is what we r.So they just aren't the same and for anyone to say other wise would be wrong to me.

we r not the most judgmental.Many times we just let it be known more than others. Just because we was fucked doesn't mean we r now people should be on the top of the listed to help gays raise above.

if you've been with a dude for awhile, you can tell if he's having sex with someone else. it's not like if he ever says no it means he's cheating, you can just tell if something changes. something changes when you start having sex with another person and it might not even be the amount of sex, but if you really know someone you can tell when they're fucking someone else.
