It wasn’t strange that the guy told the girl “out of nowhere” she was sexy. It was actually smart of him. He was making sure the girl knew his intentions so that she wouldn’t waste his time. Now the girl he was talking to was just basically fucking with him, and making him jump through hoops to see how compliant he would be. Its PUA 101 (pick-up artist). Now I’m super curious as to how the interaction ended as well.
