Loved hearing Erin on the show. Represent KC yo.
Waiters getting fired easily has been mentioned alot on the show, so here's some info I got from my manager (who I was banging, high five) at my last waiter job. Since waiters typically work shifts depending on when they are scheduled, the way alot of people get "fired" is they simply don't get sheduled for anymore shifts. "What's that, it's illegal for me to just fire you cause you wouldn't come in on your day off? OK, I guess I'll see you during your next shift. What?! You're not on the schedule this week, hmm, maybe next week but probably never, good-bye." And most restuarants have it in their handbook or whatever that if you don't work for 60 or 90 days, you're automatically removed from the payroll. Lol, this episode just went from a 10 to an 11 for me. |

I read all the books, but I've never seen the movies.
The way I figure, I was a kid when the first book came out in 1998 I think I was 5 maybe 6, doesn't matter much. So, over the next few years I kept reading them. And by the time the last one came out I was a teenager and I knew that the books were for children but I was already invested. They got me. As for the movies, I already knew the ending so I never got into them. I really can't watch movies made about books I've already read. Maybe a Name of The Wind movie... Maybe. |

Also, I understand Keith's "Adults don't watch Harry Potter movies...." but can't some of us watch these flics solely based on the fact that it infuriates the Christians? People who don't think kids OR adults should indulge in magic...yet insist on it in the context of the Bible? Yeah... |

and KEITH! There is a book coming out that Steven Speilberg already bought the rights to called Robopocolypse and is about robots rebelling against us after we are dependent on them. Maybe you should send Steven an email with the HUAR link ![]() |
