I was hoping to get some talk about the riots here in the UK... and there it is in the poll question!

I just hope Keith isn't going to continue to talk down the British and re-express the tired opinion that we think people are funny only when they are wearing dresses.

No. Not 'Notting Hill' in London... The city of Nottingham. The riots are in several cities.

The reason there are kids around is because there are no guns around. The reason there are no guns around is because the police have no guns. Everyone is happy with there being no guns thank you. We do NOT need guns.

I was in a garage the other day as the staff and police tackled a robbery. People with their children continued shopping. 'Just stay away honey' said one man to his small daughter. She was in no danger because there are no guns, just some bottles being tossed about at the other side of the garage and about 8 shoppers who would instantly leap in to protect children if necessary.

We are no Canada but we are OK.

Apart from the scumbags who like to rob and burn things and who are now aparently using I phones to coordinate.

I suspect they have been practicing their operational cooperation on Xbox.

Overall an A plus for your handling ofr the story and I formally apologising for my earlier trepidation regarding your sensitivity.
