Poon?
In a few previous episodes and this one Keith has mentioned jokingly how now that Chemda is (for lack of a better word) a "lesbian" she seems to say things like "poon" alot more to which Chemda always says she always talked like that. I can't speak for her personal life but I can say with relative certainty that on the show atleast, Chemda rarely if ever used the word "poon" to talk about pussy before she started dating Lauren. I started listening around show 600 and the first time I noticed the word "poon" on KATG was when Lauren said it on one of the first episodes she was on. Why would I notice this? Because for whatever reason I find that "poon" is up there as one of the most off putting ways to describe a pussy, and everytime I hear "poon" it registers as kinda gross sounding in much the same way (all be it not half as offensive) as a feminist would register "cunt" or any normal person would register the "N" word.
I just finished re-listening to every show and one of the things I chose to listen for, along with things like "which episode did Keith and Chemda break up in", was "did Chemda ever say poon before Lauren. As far as I could tell Chemda didn't, atleast on the show. All that said I'm still very happy Lauren was introduced to the KATG world and despite her use of, and Chemda's newly regular use of, the word "poon" Lauren is definitely in my top 5 guests. Every episode with Lauren is even better than a fine Cognac. |

I'm only halfway through this show, so I'm not sure if it's been brought up, but Jesse Joyce first mentions Ray DeVito having a Master's Degree in one of the first episode's he's on.
Jesse describes his orangoutang roommate who Jesse is ostensibly smarter than, but it's infuriating because Ray has a Master's degree. He then goes on to say that they watched the movie "Elizabeth" and Ray thought it was about the current Queen Elizabeth (I'm not sure which show this is exactly, the earlier shows don't have notes). So it has been brought up many times before, Keith and Chemda must have thought it was a joke or couldn't possibly believe it. |

For the record, my math skills have always been way better then my English skills. In Ohio we take the ACT instead of the SAT; Perfect score would be a 36, I got 32 on math and only an 18 on verbal, which some how only came out to a 24 overall. Also, my grandparents were from Italy and talked in broken English so I've always been lazy w/ word pronunciation. I don't know if I do it subconsciously but I do remember kids making fun of my Grandmother's broken English at my 8th grade confirmation, and I got in fight in defense of her. Overall, I'm a comedian and my communication skills should be better, so I will work on it...also not to be hardon, but there was a Queen named Elizabeth at some point in England, right?

So...Lesbians, Right?
This is immediately sexist by virtue of me being a male, but: When chicks hit on Chemda in front of Lauren...Does Lauren wanna kick that offensive bitch in the cunt, or...?
This is dumb , but, "Do lesbians ever act like men when they're jealous??" I feel like Lauren is pretty heady and 'above pettiness' but she also stepped out in this scenerio to roast a bowl. What if your not a smart, laid-back person/lesbian/trans...do you 'throw down??" Curious. Great show. |

Dear Lucas
On a different note:
Lucas, as someone who has taken every substance known to man whilst being a gun owner, and NOT committed suicide, ( even though I've thought of it - daily for 32 years... Take these meds. They may work, they may not. Notice how 'everyone you know' is fine and has 'bad days , yet gets over it? Your brain is gorgeous, no doubt, but does not work that way. Please try something that might make this shit life bearable. If it does not work, you stop taking 'em. Simple as that. By virtue of you being a fellow human being and an integral part of the KatG Show, I wish you luck. As someone who also struggles w/ 'what the fuck is the point of all this?" I say...it truly is : one day. at. a . time. |

I don't know if it's the same now as it was in the 90s, but a lot of Palestinians in Israeli prisons were arrested as part of mass round-ups. If one person on a block caused trouble, anyone fitting their description could and often would be taken away, thrown in jail, and harshly interrogated for months at a time. Maybe the 1027 were mostly terrorists, but even if Israel releases information on each prisoner's charges, I'll still be skeptical.

i dont know how biased BBC Newshour is but i'm hearing their coverage of the story.
one of the freed prisoner is a man jailed for assisting a suicide bomber and, interviewed, he basically stated that this release will be seen as incentive to fight more. quote "the footsoldiers are contemplating to return to violence". So, besides the obvious point that this would happen anyway, i think that the negotiation was a bad resolution. has this ever happened in the us? freeing known terrorists in order to get back hostages? |
