I voted no, but...

... the question is about the future.

There has been a trend in the last year to have horse meat cold-cuts as appetizers in Ukraine. The first time I saw it, I tried it because it wasn’t obviously cow tongue. It tasted like a soft beef jerky, very dark meat with a bit of a tang. I didn’t really like it so I didn’t eat any more, didn’t ask what it was. The second time I saw it was another party when it was offered to me. I declined because I recognized it as something I didn’t like, and the host said, “What? This is good horse meat, why don’t you try it?” I looked him straight in the eye and said,

“Why would you ask a Texan to eat a horse? Why don’t you go chew on your car.”

Nobody else has offered me horse meat, so I think the word is out amongst my friends.

Sure I'd eat a horse, why not. Although I have learned that most meats taste pretty much the same, like alligator pretty much taste like pork. Unless of course they just gave me pork and told me it was gator. Jelly fish has pretty much no taste but does have a consistency of like onions.

Also how does one get invited to one of these types of sex clubs?

would I eat horse?

Of course I would eat horse, had it as a kid in the US and I have had it in France. In the UK, if you know where to go, you can get all meat sausages made in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany and France that are mostly horse. The meat is sweeter, more tender and much tastier than Beef. As good as Bison meat, which I've also had.

The British don't like the idea of eating horse, even though they used to raise them for the meat, and that attitude was transferred to the US for some stupid reason.

They might not sell alot of the horse meat in America, but the thing to think about is that while most people think of horses as pets, and some people who own them have them as a hobby, most of the people that actually raise horses treat them as any other livestock commodity, which the present economy is hurting just like everything else. In better times people could profit from raising and training horses to ride, yet now other people can't afford such an expensive hobby, leaving these farmers with a commodity which has a much smaller market. Solution, allowing a new market to open up for the commodity, in this case horse slaughterhouses.

I wonder how many people that voted it wasn't ok for Keith to skip out on cab fare would vote that is wasn't ok for Lauren to steal from her neighbors.

its got a slightly stronger taste than veal and its a bit rough to chew but its good. there's even some stores who only sell that here.

i dont get it, why is a horse more wrong than beef? i think id pretty much eat anything. horse seems healthier than pig.

If you have qualms about eating horse meat than just become vegetarians, cause any other option would be hypocrtical.

Horses are really fucking stupid beasts and are pretty much only good for making people look cool riding them; I don't understand why anybody would have a problem eating them but not chickens/pigs/cows. I'm a lot more empathetic towards pigs than I am horses.
