Even though I'm actually a fan of condoms in films--it's totally illogical, seeing a condom makes me feel safe--I feel like it would be a violation of personal liberty to make condom use mandatory.

As for the Actor who played the pedo in Happiness, his name is Dylan Baker (Dylan Baker - IMDb) and he is by far the best, funniest character in the entire film. His attempts to seduce his own son as well as his son's friend are probably the most deeply funny things I've ever seen. Part of what makes it so hilarious is that it's so extremely wrong.

yes, absolutely. but in this case i just think that anyone who is put off by condoms so much that they dont even want to see them in porn, is weird. and probably is someone who tricks their partner into not using them.

For the tattoo story, the Smoking Gun (and others) aren't saying the tattoo is fake. This photo has been circulating the internet for at least two years. They're saying that the backstory that's been attached to it appears to be made up. There are only so many courts in the Dayton area that would even handle a six figure civil lawsuit, and this lawsuit simply doesn't exist.

This sort of thing happens with these email forwards all the time. Someone picks up some interesting photos, makes up some fake backstory for it, and then starts passing it around. There's one going around that supposedly shows a mother tiger hanging out with baby piglets that she's "adopted" after losing her own babies. Completely made up story; real photos.

If you want to see Marily at her best watch "Some Like it Hot" if you like old comedies, it is pretty funny...but you can tell she is not acting. And this is at her height of fame...she plays a sexy airhead, because she is a sexy airhead.

I do like that she is curvy, but I hate that plus sized women use her as an icon. She wasn't plus sized, she just had hips and boobs.

I can see both sides of the condom argument.

Pro-condom: If all "professional" porn requires condoms, then it will become the norm. Anytime you see a professionally made porno, they will be wearing condoms. In 5, 10, 15 years, when young teens start watching porn, they will see the steps to sex being take off your clothes, foreplay, put on a condom, sex. Then (at least subconsciously), when they actually have sex, they'll know to put on the condom. If the porn stars are doing it, then it's not for losers, it's a "cool thing to do".

Anti-condom: With the accessibility of the Internet, anyone with a camera can make their own porno, and not have to adhere to the condom laws. Those who are "anti-condom" will just go online for their porn, rather than buy professionally made. Also, since this law is only in effect for LA (or all of California), it could cause the entire porn industry to move out of state.
