I enjoyed this show until it became a period piece.

While we're talking about women we date, you can assume we're talking about moms that we live with so that you're invested as well. Just substitute hot flashes for PMS.

Tough poll to answer. I think I have to side with Keith because IF it happens, you pretty much have to take it.

Although it's pretty rare that my wife takes something out on me just because she's PMSing.

Maybe I'm not hearing this right because I'm a man and Chemda is talking about woman issues but I find it kind of funny how Chamda says multiple times that, as a man you can't understand what some women are going through, while following it up with how men have a cycle too. Either we have a cycle and thus DO understand or we don't have a cycle and CAN'T understand.

Well it's not the same kind, obviously. I think her point was more that everyone has mood swings and/or bad days. It's not like women make more bad decisions on a daily basis just because of menstruation.

Whenever Keith brings up female presidents and periods, I cringe. It's shitty to think that way. I'm glad Chemda decided to speak up about it. Sometimes there are ways for women to control that sort of thing with medication if they have to, and some women barely have signs of PMS, if they have any issues at all. You can't just assume any woman president is going to go batshit nuts one day and bomb a country. Not to mention the "amazing" job most (male) presidents have done so far...

I know women are voting for the Chemda option...

It's very interesting. Women would rather be right then learn.

So, (according to Chemda) if you are experiencing a woman act like a bitch; you simply, very politely remind her, "Hey Bitch, quit acting like a bitch?" Hm. It's reminiscent of the old, "Hey man...you're just on acid...you are just really high on drugs, right now." Sometimes it works, sometimes not so much. Both can be avoided with proper use of booze and/ or hookers.

I'd consider all astronauts heroes because they choose to go with no guarantee that they'd survive the trip there; and for the moon trips, even less of a guarantee that they'd get back (Apollo 1 had killed all three crewmembers in testing; 11 spacefarers had died before we set foot on the moon). With that knowledge, they still put their lives on the line to make the trip and that's heroism enough for me.

The first visitors to mars will likely make the journey knowing it's a one-way trip.

As a woman with severe ADHD that makes her PMS/period behavior worse than most other women, I had no problem taking measures to ensure that the crazy-pants freakouts don't happen anymore after my boyfriend asked me to.

I now take a seasonal birth control pill and I basically almost nevereverever have a period.

While I'm not completely successful, freak outs no longer happens every month for like 5 days in a row.

At most it now happens once every 3-4 months, for no more than two days, though usually just one day. I'm almost instantly aware of it and I ask my boyfriend to tread lightly and hold off on any issues or problems he has with me until the next day, or email them to me rather than talk to me in person.

A woman who is over the age of 30 should be pretty aware of her emotions and be working toward a solution if they are too much for the people she cares about to deal with. Just like a man with anger management issues should be seeking help.

If an idiot like me who has worse (you don't even want to hear the stories) PMS behavior than most other women can do this, certainly a more educated, non-ADHD person can figure it out.

If you feel like you're being abused by the woman in your life, it's certainly ok for you to ask her to try and deal with the issues, if she refuses to do the research, and she's over the age of 30, she's likely never going to stop abusing you. It doesn't make you anti-feminist, or a misogynist to ask for this sort of compromise.
