Oh, man. I just noticed the alignment of the bonus spots on the boards is different. On the one hand, I think it's unfortunate that people are only interested in things if they are new and trendy. I wonder if there's anybody out there who hasn't played scrabble in years and is all of a sudden jazzed up about Words. On the other hand, the board difference might make a real difference in strategy, especially for more serious players. And if you're Hasbro, what're you gonna do?
