UPDATE: I gave him a second chance. Kind of. After a day of my not responding he asked if he had reached his text per day limit. See? He followed the "find out if you should keep texting" rule. And he apologized if he had "let me down." This shows awareness and maturity so I agreed to see him next week, although I'm not really looking forward to it like I was before.
