It was good to see Chemda not bite her tongue about McNally. Waiting a while before saying anything (years now) made her critique very reasoned and justified. I remember the episode where he said he had actually disliked her for a while JUST because she was a nice person. It's like he has to make himself the center of everyone's life somehow.

He was the MOST sad when they moved the studio. The MOST misunderstood on My Name is Keith. The MOST broke dude in the Western World. And the guy who had everything the MOST figured out because he was too smart to have material possessions. And his brother is the MOST drugged out unlike any other drug addict in the history of ever.

I didn't like when he dismissed Brother Love and his brother's struggle with drugs like it was a contest. I feel more like Keith. If you do therapy do that shit for you b/c I'd most likely never let you into my life again. You can't be trusted and at this point giving McNally any role in your life is probably going to end up in another meltdown.

Yeesh

Edit: But other than that he seems like a good guy.

Chemda, I thank you for your bravery and honesty to do this on air -- I've had to do this with my father (which it's almost scary how similar the situations are). As father's day grows near, and I'm his only daughter (only child) it's a wonderful reminder that I don't have to take this kind of behaviour from anyone, even family, especially when they refuse to help themselves. It's hard, and I sometimes let my starry-eyed nature blind reality. 'Me' should always come first, but be loving enough that if (big fricken 'if') that person does become mindful, the bridge can be repaired. However, I'm tired of trying to continually build a bridge when the other person keeps pouring gas on the wood. Enough!
You should get a therapist on the show to just discuss these things.

Fucking Marga Gomez...

Everytime she is on the show, I tempt myself with the idea of finding Sphere and watching it again, regardless of how shitty it might be. I'm a sucker for those late 90's sci-fi films - Event Horizon came out around the same time and, for memory, I liked it a lot better.

I've YouTubed alot of Marga's comedy since the first time she was on the show, and I really like her material. One of the show's best guests no bout a doubt it.

I have to say that I was well and truly over McNally after the MNIK episode. I've heard the various too-ing and fro-ing since and it is clear to me that he is a class A arse pilot who is, in all probability, irredeemable as a person. It was probably cathartic for Chemda to have her say on the show - she no doubt had thought long and hard over this, but now that she has said her piece - I hope the entire McNally thing can just die a quiet death. New York is a huge place with all sorts of wonderful people. It's time for KaTG to discover them and let us meet them.

Jesus christ McNally is behaving like KATG is a girl he's in love with who broke up with him. And like he's a 14 year old shithead.

Kind of what happens though. Never really understood why his original behavior was ever tolerated.

Also Chemda's emotional maturity is pretty hot.

Oh I thought we were betting on him wanting more of the story. As JFod says, "Good radio."

We are; but, I only offer him the bet. You'd think that means of course I'd lose. I don't. I declare he's not being honest with himself.
