I was a Star Warry when I was a kid and like every other (reasonably) sane person who saw the originals when they came out first ... think the new films are shite. For many reasons including the inconsistent tech in the "new" films. Balls in every department.

The only people who have an excuse for liking the new films should be just getting off the school bus right about now.

Hey guys. A friend of mine referred me to another VoIP application called Gizmo and says its much better than Skype and has built in recording. You can record any conversation with the press of a button and save it as a .WAV file. This can be mixed and rendered to .mp3 through Audacity. This might be something you want to check out for remote recording.

Overall, it looks pretty easy to use, though I haven't done any of the recording stuff yet. It also has FREE voicemail.

I know Keith love the try this and try that help. Several other podcasters use skype and this sort of the defacto standard. There is google talk http://www.google.com/talk/ but it's not much better than skype.

Typically users have having trouble with the microphones with skype.
