Isn't $30,000 gross in NYC like "below" poverty level (it's about $14.25 an hour though)?

Payroll tax is about 34%, so 30k gross is about $19,800 take home.

I know, in Chicago at least, that means you have "roommates" and don't "own" where you live and will spend at least 5 years paying off your $10,000 car.

I'm under the impression though that anything less than $50,000 in NYC ain't gonna cut it?

Never-mind my previous post, Keet won't need a job now that they're selling t-shirts. I just ordered mine! wOOt!

I predict they sell 600 in the first week (600 * $17 = $10,200) and by months end they've sold 4000 (4000 * $17 = $68,000).

How about a special addition KATG t-shirt with the icons appearing again on the back of the shirt demonstrating SADW (Girl icon on her knees in front of Keet icon while Keet icon holds up his beer)? With the words "It's Wednesday!!!" across the top. I'll go $25 for that one!

the trick with viruses: if someone sends you a file that is ".exe" or... ".pif" you know it's a virus. Usually when people send you stuff they are links or jpegs etc.

i disagree, the trick with virii is to not open any attachments on any email or instant message unless you have talked to the person on the phone or in person and they tell you that it is safe. even then it's probably not safe.
