Nah, you were GREAT! And this ^^ was exactly why! The best KATG shows are always partly serious and partly outrageous and partly funny as all hell! Good job, James! Now stop keeping yourself up at night worrying if the show was a good one!

Enjoyed Hensky immensely, Smiley Face!, (I can't do emoticons so..)

Thanks Chemda for Derek. It's Extraordinary. I didn't know it existed.
Ricky Gervais is a genius.

Good luck to you both for the LA gigs, I hope they are great.

Peter

Over Eating

Great episode guys. I really appreciated this guest, he was very open and honest which is always the best kind of guest. Chemda, kudos to you for opening up with James about how eating makes you feel. I think it made James relax even more and made the convo very effortless.

I am a weight watchers member (Highly recommend to those with weight issues...particularly men who seem to excel on the program with ease) and we talk at length about the "feelings" associate with food. Most over eaters will admit to shame and regret after what they see as a binge and the lack of control is what frustrates them. Myself, i am a celebratory eater. I love to reward myself with goodies. I am so proud of myself so often I am constantly rewarding myself treats. I'm not a shame eater, I don't hide the fact that I am eating BUT I do feel the lack of control acutely.

Weight watchers helps me to gain some control. I'm not so good at it but i'm trying. The working out part is a BREEZE but the don't eat that cookie because you worked out so hard and so good....not so easy.
