Lindy West is a female comedian who isn't afraid to speak up about rape culture, and makes some great points about the difference between jokes that seek laughter at the expense of the victim VS at the expense of the rapist (big difference, obv).

She even publicly debated Jim Norton about the issue. The responses Lindy got, ironically, proved her point and exemplified what voices participating in a rape culture sound like. Really powerful stuff. If you still don't think "rape culture" is real, watch the video of her reading these youtube comments...
