I tend to agree that it's not a kiss of death, but it does limit her options. Large corps will absolutely shy away from her. A job based on word of mouth or personal connections is still very viable. If she does get her law license, she could open her own practice or work for the government. Now that I think about it, government work is probably her best bet at a "straight" career path.

I've worked government, private, megacorp, and small corp. The money is better right off the bat in megacorp, but it all evens out after about 15 years as far as I can tell.

I was wrong about the price of parts. You'd end up paying close to $50-$75 for everything.

In my defense I have been a little behind on episodes, also you yell at people way too much. Also if someone suggested fixing the iphone yourself would you have even entertained the idea? Finally I'm pretty sure Cat, Michael, Danny and a myriad of other tech savvy people close to you knew about this also. I think it's fucked up that they didn't help you... I say, fuck them!
