Unfortunately they've done it in a Star Wars theme but this is an interesting look into a proposal to put a star rating out of 5 onto food packaging. The theory being that you can easily compare two products in the same category and it will encourage manufactures with lower ratings to improve their products. Unsurprisingly most of the big food companies are fighting it.

I've been trying to think of an easy method for making informed decisions about choosing to buy GMO products and I think I've got it! The next time you see the GMO label on a food item, ask yourself: "Would I rub this on my balls?" If the answer is yes, grab a fork because you're good to go!
