I haven't finished the episode but Tim Dillon is on fire - I want on his bus truth. It doesn't even have to drive anywhere.

"You want to get on a bus and hear me talk? Why?! Go home, it's a bus. You can take a bus to go home but don't get on my bus unless you want to know random facts about buses. History and culture are for shmucks."

I think I held my breath throughout the entire episode. Tim Dillon was outstanding.

Tim Dillon is one of the best guests.

As for the name thing, having a beautiful, possibly unique name outweighs people mispronouncing it. Mine was butchered all the time.

OMG, this show is incredible. I came here to nominate Tim for Best New Guest but I see that he's been on the show before, must have missed that one. Too bad for me! Hurray for Tim Dillon!

The one time I forget to sync my Ipod before going to work! I love Tim Dillon. Wife and I saw him live with Dan St. Germain, and it was one of the best stand up shows I have been to.

This week's guests have been amazing!

Danielle is a pretty normal girl's name I think, but you'd be surprised how many people see my name, see me and still call me Daniel. The worst is when your family fucks it up. My dad's name actually is Daniel, only two letters off from mine, and he still butchered my name so many times growing up in birthday and Christmas cards. Danniell, Danille, and even a Danyell one year. My birthday is the day after his and he'd still manage to forget. It really couldn't be any easier for him to remember at least one of his children's names/birthdays. Haha.

It's easy to see how Chemda could be perceived - written - as Chernda, (how many times burn has been mistaken for bum - a lot funnier in UK English), disbelieved as a mis-spelling of Chendra, and then pronounced, Frenchwise, as Shandra.

What's not so easy to understand is dogged persistence in this convoluted route after you've been told, out loud, how it's actually pronounced.
