I couldn't come up with any Google hits for the verb "to spiderman" as used by Keith and Chemda. The Urban Dictionary defines spidermanned as:

Breast enlargement for a movie role.
What Kirsten Dunst had done for the movie Spiderman.

She had her boobies spidermanned.

So I guess, once again, KATG is on the bleeding edge when it comes to the latest in sickness.
