I could just give you Random names and it would tell you nothing in this discussion
No you're right, Germans have great senses of humor...

all of this is very foreign and adorable.

i guess i have a prejudice around non-english websites. say what you will about how America thinks it's so great, but i'm not clamoring to use a .de global phenomenon.

(other peoples first world countries are just as good to be from. so. there's that.)

I didn't even know Germans LOL'd. I was under the impression all they did was build Volkswagens, eat bratwurst, and look incredibly serious all the time.

I guess Apia, (and her schwester nachbar) make an interesting point. When I think comedy; I think of english speaking comedians. I'm not sure how American/ ignorant this is though.

I mean. Ricky Gervais is globally known. He's English/Brit/whatever the fuck. Jim Jeffries is known. He's Aussie. Louie Ck is American. He's huge. When people think comedy, do they normally think Germany? Is it simply the language barrier holding this country back?

I'd like a poll on this. What country do you think of first when you think comedy? Is it really just the one in which you live? If I were to name three; it'd be: America, Great Britain, and Australia.

I feel like Germany hasn't been X'd off of Keith's globe - yet. I have a suspicion there's a small dot near it though. Like he began to put his marker down. He thought about it

Does comedy even exist in Germany? Name 3 German comedians. I'm curious.
They all died in the 40s.

How can German people ever learn to be funny this way?
You're the one that said that they would be dead now anyway. Note that I posed it as a question. Of course I don't think this.
