Hmmm. Interesting. It's interesting what developed countries allow migrating foreigners into their borders. Especially the ones that integrate and achieve that sort of elevated status. I feel like Italians are well liked here in the states. But they had to assert themselves to gain that level.

This is going to sound like a flippant/ dick thing to say, but I have to ask. I'm an ignorant American going off limited information. Do you suppose the fact that Italy also had a dictator leader, (Mussolini) during the same time Germany did... do you think German culture puts some sort of value on this particular dominance?

Also. Are you from Poland? Is it weird to your family/ extended family that this history occurred? I hope I'm not offending here. Just curious.

I voted yes, but let me explain! When I joined my last band, they already had a bunch of songs written but they had a show booked too soon afterwards that I was definitely not ready for. So when it was time to play a song I wasn't super familiar with, I'd discreetly turn my guitar volume all the way down and just strum to the rhythm while I made the best guitar faces I could muster.
