The DA was into feet (not the girl)
Cosby was into date rape

So an equivalent picture would be 35 women on a bed surrounded by roofies and quaaludes and hugging a cappuccino machine.

Keith and Liam's argument was the dumbest. What's the point of having a system in place if you're not going to follow the rules? Teachers are getting paid to figure it out. It's the student's responsibility that she skipped classes, exactly. Just like it's the teacher's responsibility to fail students who get shitty marks. It's not exactly fair to the rest of the students otherwise.

She's taking up someone else's space? How is that relevant? You either pass or you don't, and way too many teachers pass failing students only to have them struggle in college/university. Do your job.
