Police Say N.J. Girl Made Up Kidnap Story By WAYNE PARRY, Associated Press Writer
A 13-year-old girl who sent chilling cell phone text messages claiming she had been kidnapped and abused in a dark basement had actually cut school and met an older teen for sex, authorities said Friday.

Sebastian Osorio, 19, was charged with criminal sexual contact. Authorities said the pair's activity was consensual, but a 13-year-old cannot grant legal consent to sex in New Jersey.

"At this time there is no evidence of an abduction," Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli said. "It appears the juvenile left her home willingly."

Osorio was one of three young men questioned this week by Jersey City police investigating the girl's disappearance. She failed to show up for school Monday and sent her mother text messages by cell phone claiming she was being held and abused by captors.

She resurfaced Thursday in New York City and told authorities she had been raped by two men there. New York City police were investigating the rape claims. Authorities said Osorio's arrest was not related to the rape allegation.

Molinelli said the girl told Jersey City police that she went to Osorio's house Monday after she cut school. She told one friend she had a doctor's appointment.

The girl and Osorio engaged in sexual conduct that did not include intercourse, investigators said.

Osorio was charged Thursday and was being held Friday at the Bergen County Jail on $15,000 bail. He was ordered to cease contact with the girl.

The Associated Press is not identifying the girl because she is an alleged victim of sexual abuse.

Jersey City police said she met Osorio at the Newport Mall about three or four weeks ago, and the two agreed to keep in touch by cell phone text messages, police said.

Like Keith and Patrice said she wasn't innocent in the affair it would appear. But the guy will still get done for statutory rape, beyond that the retarded bitch fucked up and will get her ass kicked from here til next month by her parents, maybe ;])
