Finally getting to listening to podcasts.. only 3 podcasts that im currently subscribed too. KATG, diggnation, gaming steve =========== Whatever onward - To add about the punch the kid in the face. When I was in highscool(currently23), i was the wierd computer nerd, art student. had black hair, wore hooides constantly, and all dark clothing. and no i wasnt a fucking goth. But i got my ass handed to me when i was in 9th grade by senior track team. i was hogtied and sports taped all my face and hair.. and put me in a ultility shed. Keep in mind, all this shit was the year of columbine. Instead of bringing a gun to school, cuase when you get picked on, you get soo pissed and feel so defenseless you just want to fucking kill them. But i was better then them, but i needed the extra advantage. (no way a 160lb skinny pale white boy was taking on the ton sized infield track team. ) I was on track, and i got detension, and our coach makes the whole team run this steep hill up and down like 50 yards up and back. And i knew it was going to happen the next day. I made sure i planted myself a nice brand new louievilleslugger up on the hill. sure enough practice started.. coach sent the team to run the hills to punish them for me getting in trouble.. and ofcourse the coach never came, he knew what happens.. the kid that got in trouble always came back with bloody lip and black eyes and in tears. But not me, first time someone pushed me, turned around punched him, and took off into the forest. and they chased me. only a few really wanted to persue me, about 6 were left chasing me in the woods, until i reached my destension. sure enough the bat was there, picked them shits up, turned around and cracked the first kid upside the face, and started running towards the others.. 4 of them turned and ran, and the biggest fucker was still running at me, but when you are full on anderaline, i was sure i could knock a fucking baseball out of wrigley at the time. closed my eyes, and swung. opened them, with the 300lb fat fuck at my fat scream and holding his face. instant reaction of fear of what i just did, i started crying and running back to the coach. tossed the bat before i got back to him. said i got jumped and i was going to tell the principal. coach told me not to tell. but then you see the rest of the team running back to the field, and a group moving slowly, bringing the other too. Im not sure what came over me then, but i snapped. told the coach he was a stupid son of a bitch, and he knows what happens when we "run hills", and he knew that i got tied up the previous day, and didnt do shit. then proceed to yell in his face, and told him that i just fucked up the two biggest kids on the track team, and i hope we lose the meet the following day. and then ran off. sure enough, the next day, i got Outta school suspension for 7 days. wierd shit, during that time period, columbine shooting happened. but already long story short. came back to school, nobody laid a hand on me for the next 3 years. so thats a glory story to be proud off. So its true, just like jail. take on the biggest fucker thats picking on you, and you will show them you have backbone, and they wont fuck with you. |

Jack-Booted Alcohol Police in TX
Public Intoxication Arrests in Bars in TX
That is one of the worst abuses of power of which I've heard in quite some time. Everyone who has access to a phone or the Internet should be calling, writing, emailing the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission! Direct your comments to Carolyn Beck (who was their spokesperson on this absurd abuse of public power) and to John T. Steen, Jr. (the chairman of the commission). This is like thought police. Their position is that drunk people are more likely than others to do something stupid or dangerous - so we're going to arrest them before they do. It is an unconstitutional prior restraint on freedom of association and freedom of assembly. I hope they get their power-mongering asses handed to them in court and that the TX Supreme Court makes an example of these jack-booted, overreaching thugs.
