the deal breaker for Milo, it's my understanding, is he was targeting students on campus. putting up their pictures during his presentation and naming them as undesirable.

in the way it gives legitimacy to the idea to the audience and elsewhere in relevant spheres? i could make the argument it's the same. but i won't; i do not think Marcia would inflict violence on another person and i'm pretty sure even those of you who are on board with male genocide still won't harass people IRL to make that point. Milo's audience, i can't say the same.

nope. and we can agree on that. when we talk about the limits of free speech, that's the framework wherein we're speaking b/c we have specific rights in this country to our own voice. you are free to criticize Harvard for its choice.

But the flip side, according to your argument, is everyone just going to see only the things that they agree with because nobody can be bothered to just read for themselves and see what a just gosh-darn good guy he actually is. FUCK THAT.
