Damn, it was good.
Oh, I almost forgot... ''AFP : Don't be so loud. Listen. Dress up. Those are among the tips offered to United States business executives traveling abroad in a new guide aimed at countering the image of the "ugly American". The World Citizens Guide, which was launched this month by a non-profit group concerned about mounting anti-Americanism worldwide, has 16 suggestions designed to change the behaviour of corporate America overseas. 'Slow down, listen and learn' The tips in the booklet, to be distributed to executives at major companies such as McDonald's, the Loews hotel chain and the software firm Novell, include: "Be proud of the American way, but remember it's not the only way"; "Listen at least as much as you talk"; "Save the lecture for your kids"; "Speak lower and slower"; "Think as big as you like, but talk and act smaller"; and "Dress up - you can always strip down." Keith Reinhard, founder of Business for Diplomatic Action (BDA), the non-profit group that created the pamphlet, said he hopes it will play a small part in reshaping the negative perception of Americans worldwide. "While we are still admired for what people describe as our youthful enthusiasm, optimism and can-do spirit, we are seen as loud, arrogant and completely ignorant of cultures outside the US," Reinhard, who is chairperson emeritus of the advertising firm DDB Worldwide, told AFP.'' |

FCC question...
If the clips you played from the Star and Buc Wild show are played like that on the air on Power 105 FM, then why the hell does Howard Stern get fined?
They must have said "nigga" a million times....How is that possible? |

For the 14 year old, yes it is illegal for him to have porn of underage girls and if found with it by law enforcement he would almost certainly be arrested and charged. The illegality of it has nothing to do with his age, but to the fact that minors were exploited in making the porn and in his consumption of it. If he's smart he'll delete it and never download anymore. People under 18 have been arrested on posession of child porn and ended up incarcerated.
"In the United States, child pornography is prohibited under both federal and state laws with some state laws including more or less restrictive definitions compared with federal law. Under federal law, child pornography is defined as visual depiction of minors (i.e. under 18) engaged in a sex act such as intercourse, oral sex, or masturbation as well as the lascivious depictions of the genitals. Various federal courts in the 1980s and 1990s have concluded that "lewd" or "lascivious" depiction of the genitals does not require the genitals to be uncovered. Thus, for example, a video of underage teenage girls dancing erotically, with multiple close-up shots of their covered genitals, can be considered child porn." An interesting article from New Zealand: "Teenagers are the biggest viewers of child pornography, with a study warning of stronger evidence that offenders who download the material may be more likely to commit sex crimes against young people. Nearly half of the 185 convicted porn users profiled in an Internal Affairs study had regular access to children, and those caught included teachers and caregivers. The youngest offender was 14. Young people aged 15 to 20 were the single biggest demographic group, accounting for one-quarter of all child porn users tracked and caught by investigators. One-third of the 185 criminals gave their occupations as students, of which 60 per cent were studying at tertiary level." http://www.nzherald.co.nz/section/st...ectid=10006544 http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/h...6----000-.html |

I don't like saying it but yeah, it does look like it's a political thing. |
