It’d be like if someone used to be a pro figure skater and you gave them a bunch of goldfish crackers.

This video, (if you pay attention) reveals the danger in focusing on making obese people feel 100% about their over-eating. She announces her goal of hitting 500 lbs by 30. The fact her mother supports her eating/ looks. Her saying her doctor says she's "perfectly healthy."

These are all lies and they're killing this person. You cannot be obese and not have serious health problems. Most of which result in death. I'm not advocating being a dick to these people. They have an addiction. But it isn't helpful to bullshit them either.

How sad that so many places are literally starving to death and my culture is trying to figure out, (not how to consume less) but to continue outrageous consumption - to the point you have to pop another hole in your stomach because the traditional use of b-hole evacuation, is preventing even more resources from being going into the face hole.

re: the poll
I feel like, nowadays, it'd be more safe to date a divorced person because they've more likely already done some work on themselves (emotionally, mentally) after going through the divorce. Plus, statistically, they'd be closer to DILF age having been married and divorced.

So. Where do i get my ticket to Pound Town?

Maybe it's because I'm in a bad place emotionally right now but the fat talk really got to me. About 4 years ago I lost weight. I got down to under 200 pounds which for me was a big deal. I was still fat but I was proud of myself. Well little by little things happened in my life so I wasn't able to exercise like I needed to. I did put some of the weight back on but not all of it. I can fit in an XL shirt but this is fat especially for a woman. Like I said I am in a bad place right now and I don't listen to the show so I can feel worse about myself then I already do. I am trying not to make any rash decisions but I think I'm going to cancel my VIP membership. I don't feel like I should give my money to or listen to a show that is going to make me feel worse about my life then I already do.

Hey boo,

I'm here if you need to talk. I suggest reading "Intuitive Eating" by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. They do a good job of breaking down why dieting doesn't work and why gaining the weight back is to be expected. But they also explain a relatively new approach to eating that is showing a lot of promise. I also suggest the podcast "Food Psych". Its hosted by a registered dietitian and focuses on a combination of mental and physical health when it comes to eating and nutrition. I think today's episode may be perfect for you.

Don't let the idiots get you down. You have people in your corner. Don't hesitate to reach out.

I second that. Write me if you want to. You are a valuable human, no matter how heavy.
