I'm lucky because even before I was on birth control my period came every 28 days on schedule and lasted 5 days and I knew what the flow was gonna be on each one of those days.

However irregular periods are very common. Even spotting on birth control is super common.

That combined with increased libido in the days leading up to your period are a recipe for bloody sheets.

I'm sure those ladies know how to get blood stains out. They've been doing it for decades. Your sheets will be fine.

Peroxide is your best friend for period stains. Gets the blood right out. I use an app but like Chemda said it's a three day window so I would have to alert my partner that I am in "the window". We definitely don't have sex knowing that you will bring our period down. Congrats on getting your ladies "synched up" though, lol. Sean was fun. The last month's episodes have been so funny to me.

It’s a motherfucking nightmare. I was a bed pisser until I was like 12. I’d wake up at like 2am EVERY NIGHT OF MY GODDAMN LIFE swimming in a pool of piss. Was terrified of spending the night with anyone for so much of my middle school life for fear of peeing in their bed. Pissed on friends beds, couches, floors. My mom would leave stacks of sheets in my room so I could deal with it myself.

As a parent, I fixed this for my kid.

BEDTIME

it’s so easy. Just don’t put anything in after like 5-6pm. Pee before bed, set an alarm and wake your ass up at 2 and go pee. WHATEVER IT TAKES, MOM!
