It was NHS, so it was either that or not go at all. I didn't mind it so much, I'm pretty happy to talk about my issues (as many KATG guests like to claim, I'm an open book). It more felt like the others weren't getting as much out of it as they could because they wouldn't open up.

I wish you luck dealing with your stuff. Depression is a fucking bitch. But as you said, all progress is good and you'll tackle it when you're ready and able to <3

When I was placed on a psych hold. Group therapy, game time, then back to group.
