Dear Keith and Chemda(and the forums)

What do I do if I think one of my friends is an alcoholic and is engaging in risky behavior? Should I say something or mind my own fucking business?

So the issue is that one of us usually ends up in the position of making sure they get home safely for the evening (aka enabling). But everyone in our group is extremely conflict averse, so any time I'm like "yo should we... Say something" they're like "absofuckinglutelt not"

You can’t tell her to stop or to drink less. You can’t tell them to drive her or tell her.
Decide if you want to be responsible for her drinking. Decide if/when you’re tired of making sure she gets home. And then do whatever you want. But she’s not making you or your friends do any of it.
