I HATE when adults bring kids to the theater. Worst experience was sitting in front of two five year old boys and their mother while watching "Blade II" and having to listen to her actually read all the subtitles to the kids because they were too young to read the fucking text. You think she would've realized that meant they were too young to see vampires blow up in loads of gore and blood.

Parents of young children are BY FAR the rudest people on the planet. No one else has ever come close in my experience.

I don't have a problem with the kids being annoying; they are kids. If parents are leaving because their kid is bothering others that is out of respect; they deserve a respectful look. It's when parents completely disregard respect for other people, refuse to follow rules because they have kids, and give horrible looks to people doing adult things when they happen to be walking by. I doubt this is you, spaceboy, based on your posts; you seem to have respect for other people. Thinking of your kids first is vital to being a good parent; being an asshole to people who aren't your kids is not.

I call bullshit on the magic trick. At one point during the show when Max was fidgeting, someone (either Max or Matt) actually SAID "4 of clubs." This is the same card ScubaSteve asked for later in the show. Coincidence? I think not. I'm sure Max is a great magician, but it was a little too convenient that the 4 of clubs was mentioned earlier in the show. I'm guessing Max already had it at the top as a result of the first time it was mentioned. Being a good performer, he remembered it was already in place, and could tell Chemda to pick the top card. Seems a little too contrived to be totally credible.

Maybe that's just me, and I couldn't see it after all.
