I would consider this not putting the sponge in the sink. If I have a 2-basin sink, when I'm done washing dishes I rinse and squeeze out the sponge and set it on the divider until it dries.

Sorry to beat a dead horse but I am listening to Last Week with Bianca and Keith is so right that it's always someone who never does the dishes. I do the dishes 90% of the time and my boyfriend is the one who always leaves the sponge in the sink.
