I wanted to yell through my computer at this episode. As a scientist, although admittedly not a virologist, the amount of misinformation being stated as fact was maddening. As if I didn't feel hopeless enough already today....the worst part is that I love everyone on this episode, and I know these are all smart people who care and are trying to conscientious. But the propaganda and misinformation campaign through the media and the president has permeated everything, making hard to know what is real and what is not.

The other thing that makes me upset is all the people that are "thriving", I hate hearing this so much. Yes, make the best of the situation if you can. Of course. Everyone is doing their best. But your best is not worth what is actually happening in ICUs all over the country. The tongue in cheek spin of "except for all the dead people" is infuriating. Real people's real family members are gone or still dealing with long term consequences. It's me, I'm real people.
